I am aware that the VCmap source code by nature is a research product which is
under active development. As such, the software will change in the future without
notice.
- The VCmap source codes are copyright materials. The use of the
software is free but must be properly acknowledged where appropriate.
- The VCmap source codes may be modified, however, the original
copyright claims must be kept intack, and statement inserted where it may
apply that how it is modified. By doing so the users is also required to
feedback to the ISU developers on any improvements you make.
- I am aware that the VCmap developers strive
to keep the software bug free but exception may exist. However the software is
provided "as is" and the users are aware that the developers will not be held
responsible for potential errors or damages this might cause.
- The use of VCmap source codes is for research/education and
non-profit activities only. The use of the software in a commercial environment
must be further warranted by a separate license.
