    Animals:Broiler lines that were divergently selected for high or low antibody response were crossed after 5 selection cycles to generate F1 progeny.
     Breeds associated:
    n/a
    Design:Chicks were vaccinated at 7 and 14 d of age. At 21 d of age, samples were collected fromt he chicks and Ab response was determined. At 21 d of age chicks were challenged and were necropsied at death or 7 days later.
    Analysis:Sixty-one marker were chosen and covered 23 linkage groups. Simple regression analysis or nominal logistic regression analyses were conducted.
