    Design:Chickens were genotyped using the Illumina ChickenSNP60 BeadChip, and GWAS was performed for anserine and carnosine content in breast muscle. A total of 44,842 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:GWAS was performed using a mixed linear model based on the leave-one-chromosome-out method.
