    Animals:Animals were F2 pigs from a Duroc x Pietrain population. Animal breed (IDs) involved:

    Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina PorcineSNP60 BeadChip, or a 9000 tag GeneSeek Genomic Profiler for Porcine LD panel with data imputed to PorcineSNP60, and analyzed for growth and fat deposition traits. A total of 40,569 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:An ultrafast implementation of the EMMAX procedure was used.
