    Animals:Animals were Duroc, Landrace, Yorkshire, and Landrace x Yorkshire pigs.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were gnenotyped using the Illumina PorcineSNP60 v2 BeadChip and analyzed for SNP association with piglet splay leg syndrome. A total of 43,495 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:GWAS was performed by applying principal component analysis.
