  •  QTL Experiment in Brief
Animals:Three F2 crosses were generated from Meishan, Pietrain, and Wild Boar founders: Wild Boar x Pietrain, Wild Boar x Meishan, and Meishan x Pietrain.
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were genotyped using the Porcine 62K SNP chip and analyzed for conductivity 45 min post-mortem and dressing percentage. A total of 49,690 SNPs were used for analysis.
Analysis:Both single-marker and Bayesian multi-marker analyses were used.
    Software:GCTA
