Animals:Animals were Italian Large White pigs.
     Breeds associated:
Design:Animals were genotyped using the Illumina PorcineSNP60 BeadChip v.2 and analyzed for 30 hematological and clinical/biochemical traits. A total of 40,064 SNPs were used for analysis via three GWAS approaches (single-trait, multi-trait, and Bayesian).
Analysis:Linear mixed models were used for single-marker, single-trait and multivariate GWAS. The Bayes-C method was used for windows-based analysis.
    Software:Beagle, GenSel, Haploview, GEMMA, PLINK
