    Animals:Animals were Duroc, Landrace, and Large White pigs.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using using a variety of SNP chips, with data imputed to 660K, and analyzed for number of teats, vertebrae, and ribs. A total of 527,186 (Large White), 462,414 (Landrace), or 441,288 (Duroc) SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:GWAS was performed using linear animal models.
