    Animals:Animals were Duroc pigs.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using either the PorcineSNP60 v2 BeadChip or the GGP Porcine HD array, and GWAS was performed for muscle fatty acid composition. A total of 36,000 SNPs were used for analysis. Following GWAS, candidate regions were analyzed further.
    Analysis:A linear mixed model was used.
