    Animals:Animals were from a three-way crossbred commercial pig population of Duroc x (Landrace x Yorkshire).
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Pigs were genotyped using the GeneSeek Porcine 50K BeadChip, and GWAS was performed for teat number. A total of 28,065 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:A univariate mixed linear model was used.
