Dear all,
We are looking for suitable candidates to fill an exciting vacant PhD
position at the Department of Animal and Veterinary Sciences (ANIVET), Aarhus
University, Denmark.
* Successful candidate will work in the research project, titled:
MultiOmic systems biology of In Vitro and In Vivo produced cattle Embryos
and Calves (MOVEC).
* MOVEC project is related to analyses of genomic, epigenomic and
transcriptomic profiles of both In vitro and In vivo produced embryos and
calves. Project has collaboration with our external partners in the
Netherlands, France and Denmark.
* The successful candidate will perform single- and multi-omic data analyses
using novel genomic, systems biology and bioinformatics methods/tools on
embryo and calf datasets.
* Funding: Position is fully funded, including tuition fees, for 3 years.
* Place: ANIVET, Aarhus University, Viborg, Denmark
* Expected start date: 1 Oct 2024
* Deadline: 15 August 2024 before 23.59 CEST
