Subject: Building a European COST project on pangenomics

Dear everyone,
I would like to inform you of plans to launch a European COST project on
pangenomics.
The goal of this project would be to bring together developers (computer science,
statistics) and users (biology, agronomy), including those in the private sector
(such as breeders), to foster collaboration and support the transition from
genomics to pangenomics.
Like any COST project, the focus here is on funding networks, not human resources
or equipment, and every country in Europe (in a relatively broad sense) is
invited.
