Dear colleagues,
I am pleased to announce that EMBL-EBI and EuroFAANG are organising a new
edition of the Livestock Genomics course, which will take place virtually on
18-22 March 2024.
The course is aimed at researchers interested in learning about methods for
managing and analysing livestock genomic data, and approaches for using
related publicly available databases. Through the course, researchers will
learn to explore the connection between genotype and phenotype, to identify
genetic variants, and to select traits of interest in research areas such as
precision breeding, or disease and resistance studies.
Applications close on 3 December 2023.
