( !CONTINUE) indicates that the job is to continue iterating from the
values in the .rsv file.
This is equivalent to setting !CONTINUE on the
datafile line.
F
( !FINAL) indicates
that the job is to continue for one more iteration from the
values in the .rsv file.
This is useful when using
predict.
